UNISON – Unison
This is a youthful and vibrant wine which is dense and mouth filling, with a bouquet of ripe blackberry fruit with hints of walnut chocolate and black coffee. Perfectly suited to cuisine with fuller flavour, especially red meat or smoked meat dishes. This Hawke’s Bay wine is a blend of merlot, cabernet sauvignon and syrah.
